First prize should go BIG, that’s a half sleeve or a big thigh or back piece. May the odds be ever in your favor. 1st place is a $500 custom tattoo, 2nd is a $250 custom tattoo, and 3rd is either a $100 custom tattoo or any of the flash images I have ever shared. All of these will be done in my booth @theartistsgrove in our comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. I absolutely loved getting to do this awesome possum on @thatsthesweetspot It was so much fun to add the strawberry in the mitts of this little guy and design the barbed wire so that it matches some of their existing tattoos with a dash of my own blackwork style. The sheet of opossums hasn't been shared with the public so they definitely got a jump on everyone else with what I hope is a long string of wildlife tattoos. You should ask me for a drawing of your favorite animal to indelibly carve into your skin. In the comfortable, sensory safe space, of @theartistsgrove and we can create something wonderful together. Opossums are strange creatures but beautiful and scrappy. I love that they play dead as a defense mechanism as well as just screaming. A screaming possum is really aligned with how I'm feeling. Just scrounging around in late stage capitalism. Hanging by my prehensile tail as everything collapses around me. Look at the world from upside down. A new perspective is really what we all need. Survival is about adaptability and the noble opossum represents that spirit. Come to me and I will create a beautiful piece for you that perfectly fits on your anatomy. We could all use more strength in these stressful days. I am an aquarius and the lion is my polar opposit but that is wonderful as I have lessons to learn. Be more gregarious, hold my head high, and be less afraid. The strength card is very special. It tool just over 3 hours to get all the details in there. Sometimes I start a drawing but something stops me from finishing it. This owl has haunted me for the last 2 weeks since I started him. Today I swallowed hard and dug down deep to finish him. Trayce Cochran (he/them) 20 year denizen of Denton. They have a degree from UNT in painting and drawing, but have been creating within any medium they can find for as long as they have existed. Tattooing with the clients vision in mind but given life by their hands is the ideal relationship. Organic blackwork is their favorite style to work in but they are open to any style or vision you may have invented in your head. They will work with you to turn that vision into a reality and a beautiful piece of art you will be proud to carry with you into eternity.
