We’re back out for this years LOSS festival! This year we will have practically the whole shop available so you can find many different designs for tattoos to raise funds towards suicide survivors support. If tattoos aren’t you’re thing this is still a great event to support by coming out to see the music, buying some food or drinks, and checking out the vendors.

(notice we will never make our tattoo artists pay for your tattoo so we set our prices keeping in mind the prices of supplies, booth rent, and taxes. If it feels like too much you’re likely used to going to a place that uses lower quality supplies or simply doesn’t care if their artists get paid for their work and that’s just not our thing!) With all that in mind you can’t expect anyone in our studio to have $13 tattoos except maybe if our apprentice wants to try that out.

Come out to get your figure drawing on. We have our figures in themed clothing so you can practice the shape and form of fabric along with body shape.

Pride’s First Friday if the weather smiles upon us we will have flash tattoos on special and vendors with their wares.

Find us at our booth to peruse some of the art or sign up for a flash tattoo at our studio just across the street. We’ll text you when it’s your turn so you aren’t losing faire time waiting in line, but do get a little break in the A/C

Come out to try your hand at free life drawing! We’ll be hosting inside The Bearded Monk so there’s plenty of drink options and a quiet space.

It’s Earth Day and the last day to view the eclectic eco gallery in the studio!

We’ll be celebrating with Flash tattoo fundraisers, a market of local artisans, and more!

The Hole in The Sky will be joining us to lead this family friendly collage workshop

If you want to be part of the group going to Quaker Park to see what natural elements we can find outside we leave at 6:30 sharp and start heading back at 7

Please bring your own repurposed materials whether you want to bring unused art supplies, bottlecaps, old books you don’t mind crafting with, anything you can think of!

We’ll have some supplies along with dye available for those who prefer to dye an old shirt you bring instead!

We’re keeping it pretty lax and fun. Guidance will be there if you need it along with supplies you can use, but it should just be fun to create whatever you want together.

I would expect for this event to get a bit messy so come dressed appropriately!

Come hang out, bring an acoustic instrument or your voice if you like. Bring art supplies to craft with or barrow some of ours! Whether you come out to create or just to enjoy the good vibes and community you’re welcome to join our jam circle.

Tattooing will be closed at this time so drinks from The Bearded Monk are welcomed in (Support our friendly neighborhood small businesses!)

This months free life drawing event is TRASH themed! Thinking about all the waste big companies have been creating for us to use and then throw away and making art about it! As always this is at The Bearded Monk and you can come late or leave early if you prefer. We try to keep the stimulation low.

Tattoos “for good” We’re excited to continue being part of Every Witch Way’s events! This is one of the last markets before Every Witch Way moves closer to us at their new Brick and Mortar!

Come out to draw with us! We’ll have a model in short and long poses to draw. Don’t be discouraged by your experience level, we have some supplies available to barrow and the event is very low stimulation/low stakes. So if you just want a pretty quiet place to be around the community feel free to join in!

The final market of the season with Every Witch Way! Sending off spooky season with a great opportunity to buy locally grafted goods for your holiday gifts or a tattoo gift card from us. We’ll of course have tattoos for this market as well!

Join us for this year’s Yule celebration just before the solstice. We’ll have a gallery opening with all new themed pieces, A bigger market than you’ve seen here before, flash tattoos, Celestial Beer works will be out for The Bearded Monks 7th Bear of the 12 days of Christmas for them, and so much more like the seed paper intention setting again as we welcome in the light part of the year and a special mocktail.
